Copyright Infringement Notice Procedure
GD Lite respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, creators, and other rights holders.
Games and other content available through GD Lite may be owned or licensed by their respective rights holders, used with permission, or embedded, distributed, or provided by third-party game providers.
If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of one and believe that copyrighted material available through GD Lite infringes your rights, you may submit a copyright infringement notice using the procedure below.
Copyright Infringement Notice
To help us properly identify and review the content in question, your notice should include the following information:
- An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. Where appropriate, you may also provide a URL or other information identifying the original copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material on GD Lite that you believe infringes your copyright, including the exact URL or other specific location where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information contained in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please provide complete and accurate information. Incomplete notices may make it difficult for us to identify the material or properly review your request.

How We Handle Copyright Notices
After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement notice, GD Lite may review the material identified in the request and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
This may include:
- Reviewing the game, page, image, or other content identified in the notice.
- Requesting additional information when necessary.
- Removing or disabling access to material when appropriate.
- Contacting or forwarding the notice to the relevant developer, publisher, distributor, or content provider.
Some games available on GD Lite are embedded, distributed, hosted, or otherwise provided by third-party services, including GameDistribution and other game providers.
If a copyright notice concerns third-party content, we may forward the notice to the relevant provider and/or remove or disable access to that content on GD Lite where appropriate.
Misrepresentation and Bad-Faith Claims
Please make sure that the information contained in your copyright notice is accurate.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or bad-faith copyright claims may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
If you are unsure whether the use of particular material constitutes copyright infringement, you may wish to obtain independent legal advice before submitting a notice.
